Third Monday of each month:

A relaxed session suitable for complete beginners (those with experience also very welcome) If you have a heartbeat, you've got rhythm. We notice how easily and quickly drumming together calms us and brings a sense of connection and often joy. Simple rhythms calm our nervous system.


Simple rhythm games are fun (there's often a fair amount of laughter) and turn into beautiful jams. Get treated to a personal drum bath, and have the chance to explore intuitive drum healing for each other where we energise each person's intention once they have connected in to ask themselves what they need. This is surprisingly powerful.


Suitable for beginners and more experienced players. The drum has been used for healing and altering consciousness since ancient times. This type of drum therapy brings modern understanding to inherited wisdom. We start by playing simple rhythms together to achieve a deep relaxed (yet often energised) state.

In each session you will also have the opportunity to either give and receive a short drum sound bath (People tend to love this!) and work intuitively with the drum for healing which develops your skills and confidence with sound healing. One of the most joyful parts of the session is just jamming. These arise naturally and people are often amazed by what we co create, as each part however simple or small creates a synergy of complex sound from a lot of peopl who don't think they are drummers, or musicians. And that's because drumming is natural to us as humans.


Sometimes we direct the sound for Earth healing, or other intentions, sometimes just for joy. *You will need a drum* I have 4 available to borrow, please ask me beforehand so I know I have enough for everyone.

We also have a Soundbath in Whitstable usually every 3rd Friday of the month 6:30pm (next 23rd Jan)

We have a longer regular Earth Chants session at Quiet View near Canterbury around each seasonal shift. (Next one Sunday 1st Feb for Imbolc). Small nurturing group.🎶 this is followed by a Soundbath 6:30pm with food and connection time in between - join for either or both sessions.
