Drum Making Day - Royston

Join us for a day deep in ceremony where we will create our own drums and beaters!

Join us for a magical day of creativity as we bring our own drums into the world! The word 'birthing' might not make sense right now but it will do ...I promise!

March 14th - starting at 10am.

We will gather at Sanctum, coming together to create an altar, ground and connect. We will set the intentions to birth our drums.

From there we work with the hoops, choosing intuitively which is for our drum, connecting to it and seeing if it needs anything from us.

Then we connect with the hides, honouring them and cutting the drum heads and lacing.

After a break we step into the creation...weaving the pieces we have worked with together to bring our drums into the world!

Then we make a simple beater and take part in a drum journey to meet the spirit of your drums.

It is bound to be a magical day!
