Learn basic rhythms and healing power of drumming

JOHMARD COMMUNITY CENTRE

This free taster workshop draws from Ras Prince&#x27;s vast drumming experience as cultural performer and teacher of this sacred, cultural and healing art. Whether you are new to drumming, have some intermediate experience or advanced, this session encourages you to take part in the transforming and alternative therapy of the drums. Ras Prince, Master Drummer and Cultural Performer has over 50 years experience of performing and teaching. He will share the basics with you so you can decide how deeper you want to take this empowering experience.This taster session will provide the opportunity for you to register your interest in longer courses that follow.All levels are welcome but you must have your own drum to take part.
