Dundee Pride 2026 has promised a fitting finale to Scotland’s Pride Month celebrations, as internationally acclaimed drag performer Danny Beard makes their way to the City of Discovery for their sixth event.

One of the UK’s best-known drag talents, Danny Beard is celebrated for their sharp-witted humour and powerhouse singing. After honing their craft on the cabaret and club circuit, Danny went on to compete in Karaoke Club: Drag Edition, before winning series four of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, and most recently appearing in Celebrity Big Brother 2025. Their headline performance at Dundee Pride promises high camp and heart, with Danny’s signature mix of humour, song, and storytelling.

Joining Danny for Dundee’s sixth Pride celebration, award-winning performer and songwriter Megan Black will open an afternoon of entertainment at Slessor Gardens. Combining the nostalgia of 70's blues rock with the modern sound of queer, feminist pop, Megan has toured the UK and California with her original music and performed to sell-out crowds at her own headline shows and festivals across the UK and Europe.

Completing Dundee Pride’s headline performances are UK pop artist Channy and Jimmy Somerville tribute, Small Town Boy with more Acts to be announced over the coming weeks.

The Pride Village at Slessor Gardens will open at 11am with a selection of activities and stalls from local businesses and community groups along with a bar and various pop up food stalls, with the all-star entertainment line-up taking to the stage from 12.30 pm. The Event finishes at 1730.

We have a limited number of paid tickets available for the Exclusive Comfort Area, located close to the Main Stage with seating, private bar and WC's and a limited capacity. Early bird tickets for Dundee Pride’s Pride Village Comfort Area are on sale now.

The Pride March through the city centre begins at 12:00 PM. Please gather from 10:00 AM by the Steeple Church at the Overgate. The muster point is between Primark and the Steeple.
