Dunskey Fire Feast

On Saturday 30th May, a secret corner of the Dunskey estate transforms into a wild dining experience unlike anything else. Gather around hand-carved communal tables, a roaring fire burning beneath ancient trees, and watch Head Chef David Alexander do what he does best.

On the menu, Vietnamese grilled scallops, a recipe born on the street food stalls of Saigon, brought to the heart of a Scottish woodland.
