Durkan - Supplier Engagement Event

DURKAN WISH TO ENGAGE WITH LOCAL AYLESBURY SUPPLIERS REGARDING UPCOMING WORK OPPORTUNITIES ON 5 STOREY BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
The project has been secured under a Development Agreement between Aylesbury Vale District Council and Durkan Ltd and comprises of: Constructing a 5 Storey building with collonaded and arched frontage opening onto Public Realm.
Commercial space to the ground floor consisting of retail and food & beverage outlets. Residential – 36 x 2-bed units, 11 x 1-bed units all located above ground floor level. Single bank of units at first-floor level overlooking the green roof terrace, with double loaded units either side of a central corridor which serves at second and third-floor levels. Units at fourth-floor level set back with access to a roof terrace overlooking the Square or via individual balconies looking over roofs to Long Lionel.

At the event, attendees will have the opportunity to meet directly with key personnel and procurement decision makers from Durkan.
The event will be hosted in an informal manner and attendees can register online with no prior appointments necessary.
Meetings will be short, informal and on a first come, first served basis.
The event will take place from 10:00 to 12:00 at The Gateway, Gatehouse Rd, Aylesbury HP19 8FF
on Wednesday 29th March and will be free to Constructionline members and non-members.
