I can no longer attend. What's Dylan's refund policy?

If you cannot attend, you're able to reschedule for any of our events worth the same value. If you're unable to attend another date, you may be reimbursed the full ticket price. Refund requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event, otherwise full payment will be taken.
