Dynamic Hoop with Robbie Hébert

Join Robbie Hébert for a two-hour Aerial Hoop workshop focusing on dynamic skills such as beats, tombés, elbow rolls, and more!

This is an mixed-level hoop class focused on dynamic hoop technique and the foundations of momentum-based tricks. We will work on beats, tombés, and rolls on hoop. Students can expect individualized drills and exercises based on their skill level and goals. More advanced students may work on elbow roll techniques or larger drops. Students will be given advice on how to continue training dynamics independently as well as exercises to help them advance towards more difficult skills.

Prerequisites: Students should be able to confidently invert in the air and should have some experience with beats. Skills will be geared to each student's skill level so this class will be appropriate for anyone beyond a beginner level. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have questions about this class!
