Dynamic Screen Masterclass is a 3 hour, in-person acting intensive led by ScreenLift Studios, designed to put Cadence Realism into action.

Coach circulates, stop moments, and give live feedback
Focus: regulation, pressure, restraint, presence

Mannequin Exercise

Selected pairs only
Escalated uncertainty and consequence
Slower pacing, higher intensity
Immediate feedback after each presentation

Button Exercise

Paired argument work with a shared starting phrase
Actors track each other’s regulation shifts
Peer feedback followed by your direction
Multiple short presentations to maximise learning
