About this event
We invite you to meet people from diverse backgrounds through a thought-provoking roundtable, empowering and embedding Equality, diversity, and inclusion in the Northeast Tech Sector! The roundtable will include the discussions and self-reflections around EDI as well as exploring the effective tools.
The activities, presentations, and discussions range from the topics of workplace ethics, mental and emotional health, leadership, attracting & retaining diverse talent, creating a psychologically safe working space and an innovative approach for the future.
This roundtable is a chance for you to:
- Meet the cohort - Explore their thinking, their solutions, and things they’ve learned along the way
- Get an insight into our EDI Immersion Bootcamp planned for Summer 2022
- Find out about how we can help to plug your tech talent gap and help you realise the benefits of a diverse and inclusive team
This event is for:
- Hiring Managers and Senior Managers from SMEs, public and private sectors within the Northeast area
- Recruiters within the tech and digital sector
- Future bootcamp training candidates
- Future mentors
- Anyone who is working or looking to work in the North East Tech Sector
This is an opportunity to learn about Dynamo Northeast, network with people from North East Tech Sector, and participate in engaging activities to promote equality, diversity and inclusion!
The roundtable will be held on 9th March from 10am-2pm. Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided.
