<h2>Want to know more?</h2><p>Masterclasses are specifically designed for educators and learning technologists who are experienced with online teaching, and are actively  supporting colleagues to design e-learning, and/or teaching online themselves.  The concepts and techniques can be applied in both Higher Education and corporate training.</p><h3>In each masterclass you will:</h3><ul><li>Generate <strong>new ideas</strong> for learning activities for you and your colleagues</li><li><strong>Share your expertise</strong>, and evaluate edtech approaches and tools</li><li><strong>Connect</strong> with like-minded colleagues across a range of disciplines</li></ul><h3>Structure &amp; timing:</h3><ol><li>Pre-task - 30 min self-study</li><li>Monday 20th July @ 4pm - 1 hour <strong>intro webinar</strong>. Share your context andchallenges, brainstorm solutions</li><li>Tues-Thurs: 1-3 hours <strong>self-study</strong>. Work solo or collaborate with other participants to create learning activities</li><li>Friday 24th July @ 4pm: 1 hour <strong>wrap-up webinar</strong>. Show your work; give and receive feedback</li></ol><p>Masterclasses are designed to foster creativity and peer-to-peer learning. There are only 40 places available. <h2>Who we are</h2><p><a href="http://www.verdantlearn.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">VerdantLearn</a> is a UK-based startup with global reach. We create powerful learning opportunities for environmental conservation and sustainability. We promote virtual networking and collaboration, enabling people to share their expertise and enthusiasm. In this difficult time, we are focussing our expertise on supporting people in their rapid pivot to online.</p><p>The masterclass will be taught by <a href="http://www.lucytallents.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dr Lucy Tallents</a>. Lucy built up a decade of experience in e-learning in Oxford University. She became a Fellow of the HEA in 2011, and has won awards for her innovative online courses.</p>
