Before registering please refer to the Continuous Education Course descriptions, Interactive Workshops and Draft Programme here.  Please note these are subject to minor updates.
Workshops are now available for registration by all people registered for the conference. Please scroll down registration page to see workshops, which are in date order.
Registration for all visits is available below. All visits are 9.30-12  or 10-12 on Thursday 12th July and it will not be possible to go on more than one visit. 
Booking for the First Timer Reception, Welcome Reception and Conference Reception and Gala Dinner are now public on the registration page above. These events are included in the registration fee. Please let us know if you have any dietary preferences or allergies and, if you would like vegetarian or vegan options, please specify them. All of the conference venues including those for the social events are fully accessible. If someone with accessibility issues wanted to do the bike ride this would be possible if they hired a bike from Pedal Power who is organising the ride as they cater for people with disabilities. 
Accompanying persons may book for the Gala dinner only or the Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and one tour. Please scroll down the page of the registration form to see the links.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations by the delegate. We will refund your CEC fee in full only if the course leader cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please do not send payment using the Clearing House Automated Payment System (CHAPS) so that we do not incur bank charges.
Please note that your attendance at this event confirms your consent and agreement that any records such as digital photographs/audio visual may be used and/or published by EAHIL. By attending you confirm that you waive any and all rights (for example relating to intellectual property, data protection or otherwise) over such records in favour of EAHIL, and that EAHIL may freely use such records as it sees fit.
 
FAQs
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds will be given for Conference Registration, though places are transferable. We will refund your CEC fee in full only if the course leader cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No you do not.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
No, you must inform us by email that the registration has been transferred.
