Across 2 interactive sessions, providers will explore:

  • Balancing occupancy levels with staff ratios
  • Sustainability, SEND inclusion and quality practice
  • Understanding what funders look for and becoming investment ready

Sessions are supportive, practical and tailored to the Early Years sector, with opportunities to share experiences and learn from others facing similar challenges.
