This free Early Years Business Support Programme is designed specifically for nurseries, childminders and wraparound / holiday provision looking to strengthen sustainability, quality and future growth.

Delivered in partnership with Access to Business and Oxford Innovation, this practical, jargon-free cohort focuses on the real challenges faced by Early Years providers.

Across 2 interactive sessions, providers will explore:

• Managing funded hours, cashflow and staffing pressures
• Balancing occupancy levels with staff ratios
• Sustainability, SEND inclusion and quality practice
• Understanding what funders look for and becoming investment ready

Sessions are supportive, practical and tailored to the Early Years sector, with opportunities to share experiences and learn from others facing similar challenges.
