Colèchi partners with Atlas of the Future to discuss what fashion could look like if it put the earth first - with practical ideas.

Colechi will be collaborating with Atlas of the Future to discuss what a fit for purpose, planet first fashion media could look like, using the idea of Earth Logic - which are systems created to put earth first, creating a fashion industry that only works with earths limits. What does that event look like? We'd like to invite you to talk about it. If we put earth first; we'd have experiences that stem from the community it's born in; multiple spaces which listen to the voices of multiple and diverse people and fashion will not operate at the expense of people, or for profit or greed.About the Earth Logic Fashion Action Research Plan<a href="https://earthlogic.info/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Earth Logic Plan</a>, launched at London Fashion Week, is a game-changing framework for fashion within Earth's limits. Earth Logic offers fresh, visionary and practical pathways for fashion by placing Earth first. The Earth Logic message is urgent - it is globally and formally agreed that we have but a decade to avoid catastrophic climate disaster - and so every action counts.Lucy Siegle, British fashion journalist, stands behind Earth Logic and says it is: "a lifeline to our sector, and a chance to reboot our efforts and change our course based on evidence and fact."Authors Professor Kate Fletcher, Centre for Sustainable Fashion at London College of Fashion, and Professor Mathilda Tham, Linnaeus University/Goldsmiths, present this Plan with over 50 years of experience within fashion and sustainability.About this workshopThe workshop will focus on opportunities for putting this forward-thinking Plan to work.
