East of England Community Pubs Network in Bentley, Suffolk

The Case is AlteredBentley, England
Monday, Jan 12, 2026 from 1 pm to 3 pm GMT
Overview

Open to all community pub committees, volunteers, advisers and tenants in the East of England let’s network, troubleshoot and chat.

Kate Spicer and the Bentley Community Pub committee are delighted to invite you to an in-person gathering of community pub groups.

The meet-up is free to attend and open to everyone involved in a community-owned pub in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge or Essex – whether you’re a volunteer, tenant or manager, just starting out, new to your pub or trading for years.

The meeting will be hosted at The Case is Altered, Bentley (Suffolk). The volunteer-managed pub has been trading for 12 years and the team is currently succession planning. The group would love to open a discussion about management and tenancy models and hear the experiences of other community-owned pubs.

There will also be plenty of time for a general catch up where you can share your successes, bounce ideas and ask others for help. Do let us know if there’s a particular topic you’d like to cover when you register.

The pub has a car park, and sandwiches and drinks will be provided (please indicate your dietary requirements on registration).

We look forward to catching up in the New Year!
