About this event

Are you seeking a space to connect with other women, that cuts through the judgement, shame and conditioned conversation?

A place to be hear other women speak their truth, and have the choice to speak yours without receiving advice or comparison?

To be welcomed with love and respect, whether you are a regular in circle, drop in now and again, or if its your first time?

A place to nurture meaningful connection with no pressure or expectation of what that looks like?

A space to rest?

The Red Tent is a sacred place. A place of refuge or rest, a place of safety, a place where you can feel at peace.

W e are living in times that do not feel peaceful.

Now more than ever we need safe spaces to gather. To come together in circle, to laugh, cry, learn and share with each other.

Red Tents are a global movement of women coming together and finding time to just be where they are, meet other women in their community and enjoy the opportunity to share in a deeper way than they might usually do.

They are about creating some room in the life of women, to share stories, support each other, and see what transpires without a specific goal or outcome in mind.

The East Suffolk Red Tent is an intentionally co-created space for women to share, connect and be held just as they are. We welcome all women; sisters, mothers, menstruating girls, menopausal women, young mums, grandmothers, and friends to attend a monthly gathering where you will be welcomed as you are and as all of who you are.

Whatever season of your life you are in, you are invited to gather for a monthly circle of restoration and connection, held in the in the heart of Framlingham.

This is a donation based/pay what you can offering (suggested donation £5-£10). If you do not have the means to offer a donation, please dont let this put you off. You will be so welcome regardless.

Our venue combines a walled garden and a beautiful, light indoor space filled with warmth. During the warmer, lighter months we will enjoy time outside.

The circles are co created intuitively by those who attend. Generally we may start with time to drink tea and chat. There may be a short grounding meditation offered before a chance to share and witness each other in circle. There may be opportunities to be creative, or connect with nature and you are invited to bring nibbles to share. Herbal tea will be provided.

There is plenty of free parking after 6pm on Market Hill, and in the Elms Car Park which is a 2 minute walk from the venue.

N ature in Mind is not affiliated with the Unitarian Meeting House. I am deeply grateful to its community for sharing its sacred space to support connection and spiritual growth.
