These are the breads that we will make during the workshop :

Paska : traditional ukranian sweet and fragrant easter bread enriched with vanilla, ginger and citrus juice.

Casatiello : a savory italian bread filled with salame, pancetta, mature cheese, black pepper and eggs.

Osterpinze : an austrian easter bread, sweet and lightly spiced with white wine and sultanas. Hot drinks and recipes included.
