Enjoy the thrills and spills of authentic medieval jousting in the heart of Leeds.
This Easter the Royal Armouries’ arena will resound to the clash of a live-action tournament, as internationally renowned knights from England, France, Poland and Australia battle for our prestigious trophies. It’s spectacular entertainment for all the family.

Stay for the day 
Your ticket includes two not-to-be-missed dangerously entertaining tournament shows (at 12noon & 3pm), an action-packed museum programme including tales of the tournament, arming the knight demonstrations, sword combat plus jolly jesters and wandering minstrels.
Royal Armouries reserves the right to amend the programme without prior notification.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Will late arrivals be admitted to the arena? 
For the safety of everyone in the arena late arrivals cannot be admitted. Please arrive in good time to take your seats (at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the show).
Can I reserve a seat? 
No – seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Visitors with access requirements 
Some seats will be reserved for visitors with specific access requirements. Our staff will be available on the day to help so please make yourself known to them if you require assistance.
Is the arena suitable for wheelchair & mobility scooter users? 
Yes, there is a designated viewing area for wheelchair and mobility scooter users. There are 8 spaces available – these must be booked in advance using the Wheelchair User category. The toilets in the arena are wheelchair accessible.
Visitors with disabilities and complimentary tickets for carers 
Tickets for visitors with disabilities are included under Concessions. If required you may book 1 free Carer ticket for each visitor with disabilities concession ticket purchased. Please book using the Carer ticket category.
Can I bring my pram/pushchair into the arena? 
Prams and pushchairs are not allowed in the arena but a secure buggy park will be provided.
Is the seating area under cover? 
No – the arena is outside and the seating area is not covered. Please dress appropriately.
What’s the refund policy? 
The Tournament shows will take place whatever the weather. No refunds will be given.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? 
No – we also accept tickets displayed on mobile phones and tablets.
