Make your own set of herbal tea bags whilst exploring the themes of stress, relaxation and allergies.

🐣 As part of an Easter programme of events, join this introduction to the healing properties of a range of medicinal plants, hosted by Culture Mile BID and led by Hackney Herbal. This workshop will explore the themes of stress, relaxation and allergies such as hay fever and all attendees will make their own set of herbal tea bags to take home.🥪 A sandwich lunch will be provided before the workshop begins; please advise of any dietary requirements that should be catered for.🆔 This event is for attendees aged 16+ years only.📸 Please note: a photographer may be present during this event and photography captured may be used in our marketing and communications. If you do not wish to be in any photos, please let the photographer or a member of the team know.
