This training will enable practitioners to learn how to evidence their recent work with families focusing on Early Help Assessments/Family Plans and Closure Forms on ECINS for Think Family School's Incentive for Family Outcomes.
Training components:
- Creating/searching profiles
- Creating a case/family
- Uploading Early Help Assessment and Family Plans
- Completing closure form
- Archiving case

The incentive and eligibiltiy:
- A payment of £250 per successful family outcome
- Capped currently at 1,500 families across the city
- Family must have been worked with in the last 2 years
- Families must present 3 out of the 10 needs in the Outcomes Framework
- All needs, including emerging needs must have been resolved
- Need to be supported by a whole family assessment and plan
Further information:
- Not every submission will result in a payment
- Case may be open to other services, or the family outcome may have been achieved by other services which may have made a claim
- All submissions are subject to regression checks and audit scrutiny
- Using ECINs for Operation Encompass will not result in payments for family outcomes
