Experience the wonder of the fullest partial eclipse since 1999. An opportunity to witness an astronomical event. Not another until 55 yrs!
Experience the wonder of the fullest partial eclipse since 1999.
Join us at the woodland's edge for this unique opportunity to witness an astronomical event as it happens. Find out more about the various eclipse phenomena that occur when the moon blocks out the sun: see the moon bite the sun, feel temperature changes, witness the reaction of nature, then examine the sharp and blurry shadow effects of falling light levels. There won’t be another eclipse like it in the UK for another 55 years!
Eclipse glasses will be provided for safe viewing of the moon's transit across the sun during the event.
