Where yoga nidra and nature connection meet - you'll discover the deeply relaxing practice of EcoNIDRA.

EcoNIDRA™ is a broadly accessible guided deep relaxation technique that helps reconnect us to ourselves and nature as a whole. It is based on the ancient practice of yoga nidra (also known as yogic sleep) and combines it with nature connection practices. It helps cultivate eco consciousness, plants seeds of transformation and encourages kindness.In each session we travel together on a triple journey. The first is a journey into our senses, the second is a pilgrimage through our bodies and the third takes us into the natural world through a specially curated soundscape. Sessions last for 45-50 minutes and you can join from anywhere you have an internet connection and can relax and not be disturbed for the duration of the session. EcoNIDRA is best practiced in the shavasana position - laying down on your back either on a bed, a sofa or on the floor or mat. All you need to is just listen to my voice as I guide you through the session. If possible - I do recommend that you use headphones to listen.The sessions are run via zoom and I encourage you to have cameras off and microphones muted for the duration.Sessions are recorded - if you are unable to attend the session live, a copy of the recording will be sent to you afterwards to listen to at your leisure.
