On the one hand I've been a natural healer, starting that journey in 1998, and on the other hand I've been working professionally in the fitness industry since 2005, with the Curves ladies fitness experience and subsequent development of LFit - Lorraine's Fitness.  This incorporated, as well as of all the usual gym work and fitness classes, becoming a Personal Trainer, Pilates Teacher Level 3, Low Back Pain Rehabilitation Specialist Level 4 and GP Referral Specialist Level 4, gaining the highest level within my industry.In 2020 I became a student at the School of Ecstatic Movement run by Rebecca Hanscombe who took on from Amoda May Jeevan, student of Osho, the teaching of Ecstatic Awakening Dance.  This took scientific knowledge along with the study of stress and trauma along with ancient shamanic healing practices into the physical aspect of The Dance. A modulus for combined physical,  mental and emotional freedom. A beautiful vessel from which to launch my passion for the holistic approach to wellness and wellbeing...to fitness in every sense. The Holistic Wellness School was born!  I qualified to bring life coaching and meditation as well as Reiki and face yoga to the table, and here starts the journey to teach Holistic Wellness.
