Flomotion presents Ecstatic Conscious Dance for people who love dancing!
No steps to learn or anything to get right. You will be guided into embodied presence through awareness of breath and body sensations. Inhibition will fall away, and the soundscape will take you into freedom and release.
The session takes you through different phases including warm up, the Shake, inner dance, group dance and plenty of free dance time.
The crowd is super friendly, and you will find time for rest and recouperation too.
