Get ready to experience the ultimate freedom of movement through Ecstatic Dance! Come as you are and express yourself freely!

You are warmly invited to join us for an evening of high-vibrational music, movement, and connection through Ecstatic & Conscious Dance.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation and short breathwork journey (both optional) to help you ground, release, and drop into your body.

From there, you’ll be taken on a carefully curated music journey, building, expanding, and softening, allowing your body to move in whatever way feels natural.

This is a sober, conscious dance space
No alcohol, no drugs
Just presence, connection, and authentic expression
