Feel the music move you, connect, and let go in a safe, welcoming space. It's all about expressing, releasing, and soaking up that fresh spring energy together. 9:30am โ Arrive, check-in, remove shoes, enjoy cacao/tea + intro music/warm up
10:00-10:30amโ Opening Circle and Qigong with Gaby
10:30 - Dance with DJ/Facilitator NavaSkye
10:30 am โ Doors close (entry ends)
12:00โ12:30 pm โ Music winds down, closing relaxing chymes and sounds + closing circle

โจQigong with Gaby Cox ๐ซ
Gaby has trained extensively with the College of Contemporary Therapy in London and is both a qualified Golden Spine 9 Qigong Teacher and an NCIP accredited Integrative Psychotherapist.
She Specialises in Soul Plan energy activations and Soul Transformation Therapy and brings these beautiful modalities into her Qigong sessions to help clear, release, activate and transform energy from within.
Golden Spine 9 Qigong
A Qigong practice developed by Blue Marsden, founder of the Holistic Healing College & London School of Qigong.
It focuses on opening & strengthening the spine, allowing energy to expand & flow freely through the central column of our body.

Qigong (also known as Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese healing art like Tai Chi, involving:

-Gentle breathwork
-Meditation
All designed to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being.

DJ NavaSkye โ Ecstatic Dance DJ & Spaceholder
Abi Nimmo, known behind the decks as DJ NavaSkye, is the founder and spaceholder of Ecstatic Dance Bath, creating vibrant, welcoming dance journeys where music, movement and community meet.
With a deep love of music and rhythm, NavaSkye curates uplifting sets that invite dancers to explore freedom, expression and connection. Her musical style blends global beats, soulful grooves, tribal rhythms, electronica and heart-opening melodies to create powerful journeys on the dance floor.
Alongside her work in dance, Abi is an Occupational Therapist working in the community with adults with long-term physical disabilities. Her professional background in health and wellbeing strongly influences the way she holds space, creating environments that are inclusive, supportive and accessible to people from all walks of life.
Abi is also an ambassador for Overcoming MS and is passionate about the healing power of movement, community and conscious living.
At the heart of NavaSkyeโs work is a simple belief:
when people feel safe to move, express and connect, something truly magical happens.
Through Ecstatic Dance Bath and special wellbeing events, she brings people together to dance, release, celebrate and rediscover the joy of being fully alive.

By attending, you confirm you're physically well enough to participate. Please consult your GP if unsure.Children must have pre-booked free tickets. Adults can purchase tickets online or at the door.

We sometimes capture wide-angle or DJ videos/shots to share the spirit of our events. If youโd prefer not to be photographed, just let us know - weโll respect your wishes.
What to Wear and Bring:
We dance barefoot and best to wear comfy clothing you would ordinarily wear to dance freely/attend a yoga class.
Water bottle. There is a kitchen close to the dance floor where you can refill.
Blanket/shawl - you may wish to bring something to wrap yourself up in for comfort/containment at the end.
Yoga mat - you may wish to bring a mat with you, again mainly for comfort at the end if you prefer this to sitting on our wooden floor.
