This ecstatic dance and sound healing experience begins with an hour of uninhibited movement to a live DJ set by Jo—no rules, no choreography, no judgment. Just you, the music and the freedom to let your body express exactly what it needs to. As you dance, laser light will envelop the space, creating an immersive experience.

When the music softens, you’ll transition into 30 minutes of deeply restorative sound healing. Wrapped in blankets on your mat, let the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and chimes carry you into profound relaxation and inner stillness.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blankets, and pillows to create your sanctuary for the sound healing journey.
