What do I bring?

Water, wear anything comfy and cool to move in, yoga mat if you prefer but not essential, layers for the warmer/cooler moments.

Is there parking?

The Assembly Rooms has limited  free parking right outside on the square and on the high street. There are an abundance of carparks within a minutes walk at Church Mews, Vicarage Hill Lane , Manor, The Swan, Majestic Wine car park. Please google parkopedia. All parking is free after 6pm.

Im nervous/anxious about coming, what do i do?

Is there an age limit?

All ages are welcome though we respectfully ask for children to be 8years plus if you dlike to come dance with your kiddies. All children to be accompanied by an adult. We are a community of teens to 80 somethings!

Can i come on my own?

Accepted Answer

Yes absolutely! Infact most people come on their own. We are a very friendly and welcoming community of people who simply love music and dancing. You will soon make new friends and feel part of something very special.
