You are warmly invited into a ceremonial space of Ecstatic Dance combined with a deep Sound Bath a gathering where movement sound and intention come together to create a process of relaxation, regulation, and inner connection 🌿

This event is held in silence and is based on mindfulness and listening to the body.
No dance experience is needed you move as you feel, in your own rhythm, following whatever arises in the moment. You are also welcome to lie down or sit if that feels right for you 🙂

🎶 The central element of the ceremony is the Sound Bath / Spiritual Soundbath
the vibrations of Tibetan and crystal bowls, handpan and harmonic instruments that permeate the body, helping to release tension, calm the mind, and integrate the experience.

Krs Skills aka Spiritual Soundbath

I have over 25 years of experience working with sound and music as a DJ and sound engineer. I graduated from a Music and Production school in the UK in 2007.
I have performed at festivals and events in Poland, England, Croatia and Portugal, sharing sound as a tool for transformation, regulation, and connection.

I create immersive sound experiences for Ecstatic Dance, Spiritual Sound Baths, cacao ceremonies, and conscious movement and music events. I specialize in working with sound on both technical and energetic levels from audio production, sound systems, and engineering, to collaborating with DJs, musicians, live acts, and facilitating cacao ceremonies and Ecstatic Dance.

In my musical work, I am guided by intuition, rhythmic pulse, and depth of experience. I value honesty of expression and free flow that awakens the body and leads to authentic movement.

Each Ecstatic Dance set is created as a unique journey a living process that unfolds here and now in response to the space, the people, and the shared field ✨
I see sound not only as an art form, but as a space of experience a meeting point where technology, intention, and the body come into harmony.

For the past 2 years, I have been facilitating regular Spiritual Sound Baths in West London deep, ceremonial sound journeys supporting nervous system calming, regeneration, and emotional integration.
For the past 3 months, I have also been creating and facilitating men’s circles, focused on presence, authenticity, and conscious work with masculine energy.
