Do I have to dance with other people?

Accepted Answer

There is no obligation to dance with other people. Whilst this is a shared space, you are absolutely free to dance by yourself for the whole evening.

Question 2

Can I wear shoes?

We have a no-shoes policy unless you need to wear them for medical reasons - just let the facilitator know before the session starts. However, you are welcome to wear socks.

Question 3

Is there somewhere I can get changed?

There is a bathroom where you can get changed.

Question 4

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a water bottle or reusable cup - water will be provided. We recommend wearing loose-fitting or comfortable clothing, and layers in case you get chilly or too hot at any point during the evening.

Do you offer discounts?

Accepted Answer

If you cannot afford the ticket for any reason, send us an email at dance@ecstatica.uk and we can offer you a discount. You can dance for free in exchange for helping to set up/pack away, just send us an email if interested.

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

There is St.Ann's Hospital car park across the street from the venue, which is paid parking.
