Revolvis a collective run by Krasimira Butseva, Lina Ivanova, Ibrahim Azab, Lucas Gabellini-Fava, Victoria Louise Doyle, Alexander Mourant and Laura Bivolaru. The collective focuses on creating opportunities for emerging visual artists through open calls, workshops, exhibitions and events.

Education: Process and Practice (a bimestrial discussion in, on and around the topic of learning).

Education: Process &amp; Practice is an event that runs online every two months. It is an informal space to voice lived experiences, share practical information, and explore theoretical texts that revolve around education from all sides, including the position of learner, educator, facilitator, collaborator, etc.The desire behind this invitation is to reflect on the nature of knowledge through active participation in its exchange and generation. This event is open to anyone interested in education, whether they have worked as an educator in a formal or informal setting (such as a teacher, lecturer, or facilitator), are engaged in learning as a student, or simply want to learn more about learning!As an organisation, we have worked and continue to work in both formal and informal learning settings, with a range of partnerships in various educational institutions. Learning is at the heart of what we do here at Revolv Collective, and we strongly believe in the democratisation of education. This is an opportunity for Revolv to examine our collective (and individual) practice as educators, to share our values, ethos, and working pedagogical/paragogical methods. We desire to make learning practices and processes more accessible and to learn from the diverse community we work with.We will be using Teams to meet online and Miro Board to record the event. Once signed up, the day before the event, you will receive an email outlining all the information needed to access both digital platforms.E﻿ach session will centre itself around a prompt. This sessions prompt is: Educator-Artist-Teacher-Facilitator-CollaboratorPlease note: There is no limit to participant numbers for this event. Video lines will open at 5.45am and we will begin sharply at 6pm. The session will finish around 8pm.This session is run on a pay what you feel, donation basis.
