Do you sometimes experience conflict or communication issues in your community group, social enterprise or organisation? Would you like to learn some useful tools to help you communicate more effectively, and turn conflict into collaboration?

In this workshop we will explore some key principles from Non Violent Communication (NVC) that can support us to communicate well and navigate conflicts, tensions or disagreements in helpful ways. NVC offers ways of relating and communicating that support understanding, connection, clarity and collaboration, and has been used around the world to create positive change in many different contexts.

About the Facilitator: Paul is a member of Navigate Cooperative, a collective of experienced trainers that facilitate meetings, run workshops and mediate conflicts for groups and organisations working towards social and environmental justice across the UK. Paul has been studying NVC and related processes for over 8 years, using it in his work as a mediator, facilitator and trainer across the UK and Europe.
