Join Us for Effort Over Perfection!

A free, interactive evening for 16–20 year old , hosted by the Effort Over Environment (EOE) Collective in partnership with Sports Interactive, London’s leading game studio and creators of Football Manager.

Effort Over Perfection is designed to help young women build confidence, connent, embrace challenges, and focus on effort rather than perfection. Through games, teamwork challenges, and reflection activities, participants will explore how to stay motivated, learn from setbacks, and celebrate personal growth — both in sport and everyday life.

Participants will get to:

• Play games
• Take part in effort-based challenges and mini competitions
• Reflect on personal goals and progress
• Share experiences and strategies for building confidence
• Celebrate resilience, effort, and learning from mistakes

🎟 This event is completely FREE (including food and refreshmnts).

Spaces are limited to keep the session engaging and interactive.

The Effort Over Environment (EOE) Collective is a London-based organisation dedicated to empowering girls and young women through culture, storytelling, and sport.
