E.F.T for Pain Relief
Understanding your pain and how to manage it can be freeing and energising
Emotional Freedom Technique or "tapping" is an easily learnt, effective tool, with which to reduce pain and its emotional impact on your life.
This introductory workshop will take you through some of the basic techniques and give you first hand experience of pain relief. It will show you how to take control, rather than be controlled by the pain.
Sometimes described as 'acupuncture without needles', it uses acupressure points to stimulate your relaxation and healing response. E.F.T. is easily learnt and can be used any time, anywhere.
Hannah Currant is a fully trained and qualified Shiatsu and EFT Practitioner with many years experience working in this field. She has trained in EFT with some of the original EFT masters including Steve Wells and Dr David Lake from Australia, Carol Look from the USA, and Sue Beer and Emma Roberts in London. She trained in Shiatsu with the Bristol School of Shiatsu, and has since gone on to do many postgraduate trainings, most recently in Fascia Release with Gabriella Poli from Italy.
Hannah has also worked, trained and volunteered with Macmillan, giving Shiatsu to cancer patients, and recently worked at Penny Brohn UK, so has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the impact of cancer on peoples lives. In her private practice, Hannah has treated many clients who have chronic pain, and other life limiting diseases and conditions. Drawing on her breadth of experience, she brings her warmth, compassion and humour to this workshop.
