Description
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)/Tapping is one of the quickest ways to regulate yourself when you feel stressed, worried, anxious or overwhelmed. It's so helpful at activating the relaxation response in the body and can regulate our emotional state in literally a matter of minutes.
In this practical workshop, you will:
- Gain insight into the link between our thoughts and bodies and what those feelings of discomfort are (the tension headaches, heart racing, tightness in our bellies, lumps in our throats etc)
- Understand why we remain in constant loops, cycles, patterns and beliefs
- Learn how EFT works
- Identify how to apply EFT to your everyday life to help you move on

The session will end with a beautiful relaxation leaving you feeling calm and centred as you leave.
