Is there Public Parking?

Yes, there is a Free Car Park located in front of the venue. The car park is limited, so make sure you get there early! All parking spots are on a first come first serve basis. We cannot take any responsibility for any parked cars and you park at your own risk.

How do I get there via Public Transport?

Accessible from central Manchester by Bus routes, including the 75, 76A, 81, 83, 84, 112, 118, 136, 182. Accessible from central Manchester by the Blue Tram line via the Holt Town stop.

What is the closest Train Station?

You can travel to Piccadilly Train Station and take a 10 minute Taxi to the venue.

Will there be Queues?

Yes, there will be queues outside of the building. Please ensure you form an orderly line, with your E-Ticket in hand ready for our Team to scan inside the Venue.

Is there any Re-Entry into the Event?

There will be no re-entry into the Venue. Once you leave the gated area (located outside of the Food Court), you will not be able to re-enter.

Does my Ticket include Food?

Your ticket gives you entry into the event. Some vendors do offer samples and treats so please do seek these vendors and taste their delicious foods. This event is to support new businesses.

What if it Rains?

As we all know, the British weather is very unpredictable! In Sha Allah, it is forecasted for a dry, warm day. We have anticipated for this weather and have chosen to host the event indoors and gazebos for the outdoor Food Court.  Some friendly advice: Always Carry an Umbrella in Manchester!

Is there a Prayer facility?

Of Course! There are 2 dedicated Prayer Rooms for Brothers and Sisters with Wudhu Stations. These are located in the Grand Suite towards the back of the hall. There will be signposts, but also feel free to ask our friendly volunteers who will be on hand to assist you.

Are there any ATM Machines / Cash Points?

No there will not be any ATMs onsite. It is advisable to bring both cash and card to the event.

Yes, all of our venue concourse is wide set and flat. If you should require any further assistance, please feel free to ask our friendly volunteers who will be on hand to assist you.
