ELBA are running an online webinar for staff in Hackney orgs about how to approach having difficult conversations with staff

The East London Business Alliance (ELBA) works with corporate companies in the City and Canary Wharf to support and empower East London communities. We know the impact of coronavirus has hit charities and community organisations hard, and we are endeavouring to provide a variety of remote and online support to tackle the various challenges that have arisen as a result.We are running an online webinar on 20th May about how to approach having difficult conversations within your organisation. This is a challenging time for the third sector, as services and funding are stretched, and therefore charity and community leaders are having to make tough decisions. Many staff are having to be furloughed or made redundant, and this takes an emotional toll on not only those who are experiencing this, but also those who have to lead these conversations.
