We are specialists in Leadership and Management Development, Coaching and Mentoring, and Organisational Development.  We are approved and accredited by the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management), CMI (Chartered Management Institute) and City and Guilds, to deliver qualifications in Leadership and Management and Coaching, Mentoring and Learning and Development.

Outside of colleges and universities we are the only ILM accredited centre in the country with ‘Direct Claim’ status for all our ILM and CMI programmes, something we are rather proud of.
