Moray Council would like to invite you to book an appointment for a virtual 1-to-1 session with Council Officers to discuss the Elgin City Centre Draft Masterplan. You can book as an individual or for a group meeting of up to 4 people (max.). Please note that, at this time, bookings are limited to one time slot per person/group.

When registering, please select one of the following so that we can tailor your appointment to your specific requirements (this will not prohibit any discussion regarding other aspects of the Masterplan):-

These sessions, lasting 15 minutes, will be run via Microsoft Teams, which is a free to use online platform. You can download the app online at https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-teams/download-app. If you have the Microsoft Teams app installed on your desktop or mobile device, the session will open automatically within that. Once registered for your chosen slot, we will send you a 'Join Microsoft Teams Meeting' link to join your session by laptop or mobile device. Where the booking is for a group, the link will be sent to the Lead Booker for issue to the remaining group members.

Registration for these slots will close 1 day before the relevant time slot in order to allow us to send you the link ahead of your appointment.
