About
The fourth ELIXIR All Hands meeting will take place 4 -7 June 2018, bringing together members of the ELIXIR community from across the ELIXIR Nodes, and collaborators from partner organisations, in order to review ELIXIR achievements and activities so far and discuss plans for the future. The All Hands also acts as the ELIXIR-EXCELERATE Annual General Meeting.

EasyChair Submission
1. Go to the EasyChair submission page
2. If you haven't used EasyChair before, create and account
3. Log in with your EasyChair account
4. Fill in the submission form, you will receive a confirmation of a successful submission
Posters
You can sumbit more than one poster. All posters abstracts needs to be submitted to EasyChair
All authors from ELIXIR Nodes should use the ELIXIR template for posters, which is available through the ELIXIR intranet.
Poster must be A0 size, portrait format.
All participants must bring their poster to the poster session.
Poster boards will be ready on Monday 4 June, the main poster session will be on Tuesday 5 June, authors are requested to present their posters.
Poster must be collected at least by Wednesday 6 June lunch time.
Flash Talks
the Flash Talks session will take place on Wednesday 6 June 2018 from 9.00 to 10.30.
There will be four parallel sessions, each with a defined topic.
Author should submit an abstract of their talk (maximum 300 words), and select one of the sessions below. All flash talks will be five minutes long, excluding questions.

Conference Dinner
Conference dinner will be on Tuesday 5 June. There will be the boat trip on the River Spree with the refreshment. You must register for the dinner in the registration form for the meeting if you plan to attend. More information coming soon.
Accommodation
ELIXIR is holding the rooms in the conference Hotel Berlin - Berlin. Please, make your room reservation via registration in Eventbrite or directly via email to Gemma Hasketh.gemma.hesketh@res2000.co.uk.
Delegates need to pay for their own accommodation for the meeting when they checked-out.
The discounted conference price: 129 EUR single room / per night incl. breakfast and tax
Note: additional nights and changes: please if you want to book the additional nights you will need to provide a credit card to guarantee the booking otherwise the hotel will not book it. Please contact gemma.hesketh@res2000.co.uk.
Travel
Delegates have to book and pay for their own travel to the meeting.

Photographer
Please note that an official photographer will be taking photographs during this event which may be used on ELIXIR website, social media, in ELIXIR publications and any other ELIXIR print or online materials. If you do not wish to be photographed then please let us know.
