This session will help you translate ambition into planning – and start to break down what this means from culture to capabilities and structure.You’ll leave with ideas to ensure HR doesn’t just respond to change but actively enables it.These sessions are designed as small, facilitated discussion groups led by HR People Support. We’ll share our experience, bring examples from the businesses we work with, and create space for honest conversations about what’s working (and what’s not). You’ll walk away with practical takeaways, new ideas, and the confidence to shape your own next steps back in the business.Who it's for: HR professionals and business leaders responsible for people strategy.
