Embedding Compass+

This intensive 4-hour face-to-face training session, delivered by representatives from The Careers & Enterprise Company, is designed to enhance Careers Leaders’ understanding and practical application of the key digital tools that support strategic careers planning and improvement.

Participants will develop confidence in using Compass+, Your Child’s Future, Internal Leadership Reviews and OnTrack+, exploring how these tools can be used together to strengthen careers programmes, track impact, support decision-making and drive continuous improvement. The session will combine practical demonstrations, hands-on activities and opportunities to share best practice with peers.
