The seven characteristics of the Good Employment Charter will be outlined, with a focus on how they can apply to the early years sector. The session will also highlight common challenges faced by the sector and share examples of how other organisations have addressed similar issues. Attendees will be introduced to the upcoming Employment Rights Bill, expected in 2026/27, and learn how engaging with the Charter can help early years employers prepare for future legislation.
