This is a heart-centred, somatic and integrative approach to meditation, supporting embodied presence and connecting with our innate sense of being.
You will be invited to sit in stillness, to move a little, and to ask questions or share from your direct experience. Guidance will be offered.
We are not looking for perfection but simply allowing what’s real to be included. Benefits include a deeper connection to the essence of yourself, relaxation, and finding support through the body, whatever state you are in.
This is suitable for both experienced meditators and newcomers alike. Bring a cushion or 2 to sit on, a blanket, yoga mat and curiosity.
