A gentle introduction to creative writing as a tool for self-expression and self-acceptance. We will explore different ways of how can we use body as a source of inspiration and creativity and find new ways to express our thoughts and our emotions.This is a taster workshop of a longer course 'Creative YOU(th)' - designed to empower youth workers to use more body based practices in youth spaces.Let's explore our creativity together through playful prompts.
