Overview

This is not just a yoga class. It’s a space to move, feel, and express.

Embodied Drawing Class
Sunday 7th June, 11:00–12:30

Join Beth for a unique session that blends yoga and creative practice.

This is not just a yoga class.
It’s a space to move, feel, and express.

You’ll begin with guided movement, using simple mark making and lines to connect breath and body.
As the practice unfolds, the body follows the rhythm of the breath, allowing you to drop into a deeper, more present flow.

The session then gently transitions into a slow asana sequence, before finishing with drawing exercises and optional journaling.

No previous drawing experience needed — just an open mind.

Beth is both a yoga teacher and an artist, bringing these two worlds together in a very natural and accessible way.

This is a small, intimate session with only 6 spaces available, allowing for a calm, focused and supported environment.

Practicing in a small group means more attention, more space, and a deeper experience.

If you’re looking for something a little different for your Sunday morning —
a chance to move your body and explore creativity — this is for you.

£18 + booking fee (online)
