What do I bring?

Please bring something to lie on such as a yoga mat and blanket to feel comfortable.  Perhaps a cushion too for the laying down meditation. Please bring something for the sacred space that you feel drawn to bring that represents the season we are in and any personal talismans you have.  Water bottle

Do I need a drum?

Accepted Answer

If you have a drum or rattle please bring one along although it is not essential. Otherwise I have a couple of drums and rattles you are welcome to borrow and share with your sisters. Please bear in mind I don't always invite us to use the drum it depends on each month theme.
