Embodied Return

Embodied Return

Overview

Somatic Movement, Meditation & Sound Bath

Embodied Return is a gentle, trauma-informed offering designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and rest. The session weaves together somatic movement, guided meditation, and sound-based relaxation to create a coherent, grounding experience.

The somatic movement practice uses simple, intuitive motions that encourage awareness from the inside out. Rather than following choreography, participants are invited to move in ways that feel supportive and responsive to their own body. This approach supports the release of held tension, improves interoceptive awareness, and fosters a sense of safety and ease.

Guided meditation is integrated throughout the session to support attention, curiosity, and self-compassion. The emphasis is on sensing, noticing, and allowing—rather than effort, control, or achievement.

The experience concludes with a sound bath using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and gentle tonal sounds. Vibrational sound supports parasympathetic activation, integration of the practice, and deep relaxation.
