“If you want to change how you are, change how you move”.

Do you get stuck in your head sometimes and find it hard to change how you’re thinking and feeling? Or perhaps you have a particular way of showing up in the world that you’d like to change in order to create different results.

Embodiment is a form of body awareness and intelligence. Embodiment training is an active form of coaching that uses simple movement techniques to change how an individual thinks, feels, behaves and relates.

Our brain is an amazing resource but we rely on it too much which can result in stress, anxiety, frustration and fatigue.

The quickest way to change states is to access the resources that the rest of the body has to offer and this is what we will be offering in this 2 hour workshop.

What you’ll get:
-An introduction to the concept of embodiment and embodied coaching
-Awareness of your current body patterns and habits
-Quick and easy-to-learn techniques to change how you think, feel, behave and relate
-Access to your innate body wisdom which will enable you to respond to everyday challenges with greater awareness, presence and focus

We’re asking for a £10 donation to cover the cost of room hire and refreshments.

Why is it so cheap:
We’re four people undertaking an Embodied Facilitator training course that requires us to practise these skills whilst training, in a non-commercial way.

Who are we:
We’re a group of already very skilled practitioners from coaches to therapists, leadership professionals and martial arts experts who will be taking you through some truly transformational embodiment practises

Who’s the workshop for:
Anyone with a body. Seriously, this session will suit anyone with a desire to create personal change in a new way. You don’t need to be fit to attend but you can be too. From office workers to dancers, therapists to people stuck in a rut, everyone can benefit. The exercises are simple but effective and can be adjusted to suit everyone's needs.
