About this event
This event is an invitation to slowly attune ourselves to the new season. To notice the change in temperature, in colours, in scents... and to allow our bodies and minds the right to follow their natural cycle, instead of pushing them to try and avoid it.
It is an invitation for a quiet act of resistance.
What will we do?
We will take a short walk to a particular spot on the Heath. And once there, I will guide you through an embodied meditation to ground yourself and engage all your senses. You will be invited to pay attention to the rest of nature through mindful presence and to spend some time in silence. At the end, we will gather together to share a few words around a cup of tea.
We will be together for around 1h / 1h15 min. This is a simple, short, down-to-earth invitation. No filters, no hashtags, but lots of likeable moments!
NB: A scheduled date can be postponed due to extreme weather condition. In that case, you'll receive a message with alternative dates to choose from. There is a minimum of 3 participants for the event to take place.

For almost a decade, I have been guiding small groups primarily in and around London, in order to connect people to their local environment. The experiences I run are mindful, embodied and relational and my style of guiding is grounded, intuitive and playful.
I hold also an outdoor first aid certificate and carry a first aid kit on all my outdoor work.
